We want you to love your NEXGENWF pieces. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval
Sale items may be eligible for exchange only
